Here you may find my complete and near complete but online tributes to subjects that I really adore and fangirl over. From time to time, they’ll be updated, but I am preoccupied with other matters and other websites, so updates won’t be something you’ll see often.
My inspiration has bad timing as is decides to appear during school hours and sleep hours. Whenever I get home, the inspiration vanishes, and I struggle to regain that inspiration. I jump from one project to another, and that is the main reason why I don’t finish shrines as quick as I would like to.
Black & Gold ☆ Crown J & In Young
Subject: Crown J & In Young
Status: Hiatus
Reason: Crown J and In Young are two Korean celebrities and one of the couples featured on the variety show We Got Married. The couples on the show are assigned missions and must execute them together. This couple is by far the strangest one as they bicker and fight with each other, but they also have their cute and shy sides. It’s a roller coaster of emotions watching them. It may not look like it, but their relationship is one of the innocent relationships as they are both shy to do public display of affection (such as kissing), but they do hug and sit close to one another.
Come Alive ☆ Namiki, Masahiro
Subject: Mekakushi no Kuni / Land of the Blindfolded – Namiki Masashiro
Status: 10% Complete / Hiatus
Reason: When I first read Mekakushi no Kuni, I had really loved Namiki’s character. At first, I found him to be quite mean and strange, but as the series progressed, I couldn’t help but love him overall. It may be that he has a mean exterior but he is quite the sweetheart on the inside, making him into a misunderstood guy. He doesn’t get the girl he loves, he is friends with the guy the girl he loves is in love with, he has family problems, and the only people devoted to him are his pets. He lives a complicated life but is able to get by, which is admirable. Namiki holds a special part in my heart, and it must be I see a little bit of myself in his character.
Companion ☆ Hanazawa Rui & Makino Tsukushi
Subject: Hana Yori Dango – Hanazawa Rui & Makino Tsukushi
Status: 20% Complete / Under Construction / Hiatus
Reason: While I read Hana Yori Dango, I unintentionally fell in love with Rui, but who can blame me? The series was 33 volumes, was I supposed to read the whole series and feel indifferent afterwards? He was just so strange and sweet, I couldn’t help but love him. Not only did I love Rui, but he was at his best when he was with Tsukushi. I love all aspects of their relationship, and I love that Rui loves and supports her when she’s with Tsukasa.
Imaginative Love ☆ Kurama & Kagome
Subject: Crossover – Minamino Shuichi/Kurama & Higurashi Kagome
Status: 99% Complete / Slowly Revamping
Reason: Even after years of taking care of this website, I still feel amazed at how I was able to construct a website dedicated to a crossover relationship. Making this shrine was the largest step I made in my web designing history as it was the first real shrine I constructed without starting it as a fanlisting. The reason I find this relationship to be so intriguing can be found in the site itself, but I have taken a majority of the content down for revamping. A large part of my childhood was dedicated to this relationship, so how could I ever part with something that helped me make friends and introduced me to new hobbies?
Silhouette of White Wings ☆ Sugino
Subject: Tactics – Sugino
Status: 40% Complete / Revamping / Hiatus / Offline
Reason: My own sister can’t fathom why I am terrible attached to this particular character, and well, I can’t seem to explain why either. When he was first introduced, I found him to be interesting, and that interest grew into adoration. I had never found a character so interesting, and well, I’ve never loved a character for so long either. He is also why I spend my money on Tactics merchandise, and that says a lot since I’m infamous for being a penny pincher among my family and friends. Maybe it’s his eyes or his hair, it may even be his odd personality, but I just adore this tengu to pieces.
